Works very good to my surprise

Love this welder. I have to turn it way down because of how powerful it is. It has very deep penetration, with the flux core wire, I tried using the stick part of it it worked pretty good too but I stick to wire welding on it and it does a awesome job. It surprised the hell out of me well stick-ass metal with no problem.

Good Welder for the price

I bought this to replace an old Mastercraft 80A AC MIG welder. This welder is way better. It's not MIG (Metal Inert Gas) since it doesn't have a gas connection, but I never used that feature in my old welder. I got this for flux core wire and MMA (stick) welding. The results from the flux core welding I have done with this welder are very good. I'm running .030 (.8mm) flux core wire and I'm welding 1" cold rolled bar stock with 1/8" thick walls as well as 1/8" cold rolled plate steel and I have had no trouble with this welder for that configuration. I haven't tried the stick welding yet.
