Connection

  • ARC：Connect the ground clamp to the negative terminal and the electrode holder to the positive terminal. Power up and switch to ARC mode.
  • TIG：Connect the ground clamp to the positive terminal and the TIG torch to the negative terminal. Power up and switch to TIG mode.

Weld Metal Thickness

  • Can weld stainless steel, low carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, iron and so on.
  • Can weld up to 7/64 inch (3.0mm) plate with TIG mode.
  • Can weld up to 5/64 inch (2.0mm) plate with Stick mode.

TIG Welding Torch Maintenance

  • Make sure the machine is turned off and the power plug is disconnected.
  • Remove the rear cover from the torch.
  • If there is a tungsten electrode installed in the torch, carefully pull it out from the front.
  • Slide the collet out of the torch.
  • Loosen and remove the gas nozzle.
  • Loosen and detach the collet body.
